Hi Randy, i have spotted a used cannon M7, body everything working as it should for under £200, it has had 50K operations, if i bought it should it go wrong would it prove too expensive to repair or is it worth the gamble.

Hi my colleague Randy has opted out.

From experience of stripping down Canon Cameras and servicing them, it can be very time consuming and therefore costly. However the older the camera the easier they are to service, based on the one you are looking at doing 50K operations, I dont forsee any reason why it would need repair in the intimidate future.

I think you should be able to fix most issues with the body of the camera for less than £80.
