I have a Finepix A600 camera. The software disc is Ver 4.3.

Resolved Question:

I have a Finepix A600 camera. The software disc is Ver 4.3 for Windows. I cannot import photos from the camera onto my computer. I think the disc may not be Windows 10 compatible. Am I correct/ What do I do/

When you turn on the camera, and connect it to the computer, does it show up in File Explorer?

Via remote support, we tested with different USB cables and it did not work. Please have the shop check your camera (with another USB cable.) And/or please have the shop test with a USB memory card reader (by taking out the memory card from your camera.) Please let me know if you need further help later on. Thank you very much.
