Hi Chris. Welcome to justanswer.
When you connected the new print head, did you get the message to calibrate the print head on the LCD panel?
Have you tried connecting the print head once again?
Are you sure the new cartridge's orange tape is removed?
It is not even printing from the computer?
Do you have the old cartridges? And where did you order the print head from. Is it genuine Kodak print head?
I was asking about the orange cap present on the cartridges.
Connect the old cartridges on the new print head and check if it prints anything
Print a document in colored text to check if the problem is with any cartridge
Which operating system is there on your system?
Try upgrading the firmware of the printer
I was asking about the system's OS so that I can provide you the link for compatible firmware upgrade.

Now print something else and let me know the result.
Either the cartridges are faulty or the nozzle in the print head is clogged
First try the new cartridges if it doesn't work then I will give you the procedure to clean the print head
To clean the printhead from the control panel on the printer:
To clean the printhead from the KODAK All-in-One Home Center Software on your computer (with software version 5.4 or later):
Follow the Manual procedure given in this video after 1:09 minute
Then this print head is faulty. Can you get it replaced from where you bought it?
How much did you pay for it?
You can buy the new one from this link.
