Enes : Hello and welcome to Justanswer.com my name isXXXXX a Certified Volvo Car Expert Mechanic.I'm going to try to help you find the help you need .
Enes : why you replace Intercooler ?
Enes : you have check engine light ?
JACUSTOMER-uwujvyoh- :

Replaced intercooler because this was suggested on Volver owners site as a common source of black smoke.

JACUSTOMER-uwujvyoh- :

Engine light does not come on

Enes : Intercoler only gets replaced if is broken
Enes : you have some fuel trim issue car running to rich what can be from bad fuel control or vacuum / air leak now you must hook up scanner advanced read all fuel trims and also advanced code error codes regular obd. 2 scanner can't help much must use advanced scanner
JACUSTOMER-uwujvyoh- :

Is there possibly an issue with injectors?

Enes : Injector and fuel control yes can be a problem you need to check fuel pressure and reset pressure see if the injectors leak
