Hi, I signed up for a 3 day seminar (making money out of property), it had a 14 day cancellation clause. However the course was 3 months later, I informed them 3 weeks prior to the date that my depression was too bad and could I have a refund. I had No after No, forthright telephone calls from the, in the end, the date passed but the communication did not, I was told I could pay the delegate rate £297 and go do course in March, I said no, can’t guarantee I’ll be well. And so we have continues for >5 months. I wonder if this could be a case of ‘Frustration’ of Contract? Today she tells me all the calls were recorded...I didn’t know that. I’m a single mum, n unable to work and I really need the fee back, £1450.

my outlook mail has suddenly decided it needs my address and password ***** it will let me retrieve my mail. I haven't done this for "God knows when" and have forgotten the password (if I ever had one). I have spent the whole afternoon trying to retrieve it via your various website menus and have become embroiled in a massive security check procedure that has ended up with me being rejected over questions on how I use Skype which i used to but haven't done in a long while. I can open my Outlook Mail but cannot retrieve messages that the "send and receive" drop down information box is telling me are there but are prevented from dropping into my 'inbox' by the centre screen demand box for address and password.

Customer: not at the moment, the only thing I have open is this site to you.

Customer: from what was displayed when I was trying to do this on your recommended website pages it looks like your old record of my telephone is of a company phone i had before retirement and that was in 2004 but you retrieval process doesn't allow for changing that phone number.

Customer: i cant think of anything at the moment, I did have this problem a couple of years back and was not so aware of your help pages at the time and contacted my provider TalkTalk who couldn't solve the problem but directed me to an alternative method of viewing my mail by there website after which the problem of constant address/password ***** on my Outlook page disappeared for a while and due to several trips to the Talktalk site it finally stopped demanding so I havent done anything until now when the problem has reared its head again.

I loaned my friend £300 for a Pomeranian puppy because her boyfriend backed out last minutes and said he wouldn’t pay £600 as he needed the money for drugs. A couple months later I asked for the money back and my friend said she couldn’t afford to pay me. A couple of days later she rang me and asked if I wanted to dog as payment because she couldn’t afford to look after her and she was pregnant. I said yes and now have the dog. 2 months later her boyfriend asked me to pay him £300 back as he’d paid half towards her. When I was given this dog my friends and her boyfriend had broken up so in my opinion this is between them. So I said no and her boyfriend said she wanted her back because he could sell her and get more than £300 or breed her. He then said if I didn’t give him the dog or the money, he’d come and take her. This puppy is only 9 months and is settled. I’m not willing to give the dog back because I’d be worried about her wellbeing and they’ve made it clear they can’t look after her with a baby on the way. As for paying £300 I think that’s between them. I’ve got the dogs passport and messages from when I lent my friend £300. I sent off her ownership details to be changed on her microchip but haven’t heard back. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

I have a contract for my business which allows me to operate on my licensors property. One part of the contract discusses the licensors right to remove me from the property under certain conditions. Those conditions are listed.
The contract then says "This right of removal is in addition to any other rights the licensor may have in Document E"
Document E is a separate document to the signed contract, which lists more rules I have to follow, and I can be removed from the property if I don't follow them. The document also states that the licensor can change these rules at any time.So my question is, does this contract seem legally enforcable, specifically the Document E part, where they can change anything they want (and have since i signed the contract)?

That is a rather flimsy reference to document E. They could make an argument that it is sufficient to incorporate document E but it is arguable. You could make an argument that it is not sufficient to incorporate document E but this is far from clear
