Particulars of Claim
If I am claiming negligence because of breach of duty of care, and the breach which I believe was in failing to handle communications with a reasonable standard of care, how should I list that in a POC?
There are lot of communications and to list them all and to state how each one was breaching duty would take up many pages.It is also hard to describe the communications individually without including copies of them or quotes, and this again would take up pages and I think such evidence is meant to be for discovery.
Would it be enough to state that there were a number of communications between ... and ... which failed to show reasonable care of a standard expected.
Or should I also include reasons? but they can vary between each communication and seems impossible to put in an overview POC.

I am claiming against 2 defendants jointly and severally. I have stated that in my claim.
One defendant has written to claim my POC are embarrassing and vague. But they seem to comply in that they give details of the grounds, that I amm claiming jointly and severally and so on.

My brother died and left his residential property to his two nephews. Having found the deeds, there is no evidence that it was ever registered in his name after our mother died and left the house to him. How to we establish ownership to his beneficiaries

Customer: I have the original deeds from 1946 in my father's name. The deeds when the property was gifted and shared with both parents in 1968. My mother's death certificate, grant of probate and will, in which she left the house to my brother. Also my father's death certificate. I do have my brother's grant of probate including his will. I am a co-executor.

I'm asking on behalf of my partner who's bedridden at the moment. Last Wednesday afternoon she wasn't feeling well. Now Saturday (3 days later), she still can't keep anything in. She feels sick but is not vomiting. However she's had quite severe dihorria (sp?) since Thursday. She's taken Imodium and Dioralite to replace essential salts. Sometimes she can manage a bit of dry toast, but that's about it. What more can I (her partner) or she do?
Assistant: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: Not yet as it only began (severly) last Thursday no medications other that Imodium and Dioralite
Assistant: What medications do you take daily? Are you allergic to any medications?
Customer: She (aged 59 yrs and 9 moths) takes no daily medications and as far as I'm aware is not allergic to any.
Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: She's normally generally in ok to good health. However her job is quite demanding. She's a delivery driver delivering foodstuffs to various outlets, some of which are care homes. We live in Portland, Dorset. Two of the care homes she'd delivered to have had a lot o staff off sick with similar symptoms. I think she may have picked this "bug" up from those premises.
