So, do you know how to log into your Amazon account on your computer i.e. in a web browser? You would need the ID (which is an email address) and a password.

No not sure have an e-mail address but can't remember password XXXXX could try a few standard ones


 
Ok, if you are not sure of the password XXXXX are pretty sure of teh email address, AND you still have access to that address, you can recover the password XXXXX clicking >>>HERE<<<

to me on another setting presumably just ask to de-register then re-register
