I am having a problem pairing my Parrot CK3100 with my Samsung

Customer Question

I am having a problem pairing my Parrot CK3100 with my Samsung GTS6810P mobile!
All previous pairings (with other mobiles) have worked OK.
The Bluetooth on the mobile is activated but the Parrot just keeps rejecting - any ideas please?

Hello, and thanks for your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will help you today.

  1. On your phone, go to Settings
  2. Select Apps or Apps Manager-> ALL
  3. Select Bluetooth. Select Force Stop and Clear Data
  4. Go back to ALL and select Google Services Framework
  5. Select Clear Data.
  6. Turn your phone off and turn it back on.
  7. Go back to Bluetooth settings. Scan and try to pair with your car's bluetooth. The car needs to be in Pairing Mode.
  8. When done, try to test them out to see if they should work properly.
