I have just purchased a new kindle fire HD and I cannot get connected to the internet.
I am connected to BTwifi but when I try to connect to hinaidi it just saysDHCP error.
can you help please

Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

This is generally an issue when the BT hub has a problem with the lease for the device.

I want you to do the following please.

On the back of the BT Hub is a reset button.

You may need to use a paperclip and with this, while the Hub is on, push the reset button in for 10 seconds, then release.

Once done, hold the power button on the Kindle for 35 seconds, then release.

Then turn on the Kindle and attempt to connect to your wifi network.
