My Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 GT-18160. Has stopped working. I cannot get onto my wi fi network for e-mails, now I cannot make or receive any calls, can you help please.

Richard, all the settings on the phone are there, contacts e-mails up until the 14th. cannot make a call from the phone, it wont receive a call, if you use a land line to call the mobile it does not ring out it goes directly to voicemail. It will nort allow e-mails to be sent. I have switched it off, I have taken the sim card out and replaced it , nothing, please help.

can you remove the battery and SIM card from the phone and wait 5 minutes.

Put the SIM card back in the phone, then the battery and turn it on.

Tell me please if it then allows you to receive and make calls.
