Hello, and thanks for your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will help you today.

Please remove your phone's battery. Put battery back. Connect your phone to computer. Does it charge?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Nope - nothing at all !

Thanks Kate.

When and where did you purchase your phone?

Disconnect phone from PC. Remove battery for 10 minutes. Put battery back in. Connect phone to charger or PC. Does it charge?

I think it's gotta be a couple of years old - bought from Virgin Media

Thanks Kate.

Your phone's battery might be faulty. You might want to bring your phone to a local phone shop and test with another battery.

If battery works, you can buy it and use normally.

If that did not work, the USB charge panel inside the phone is faulty. We need to have it replace to charge the phone's battery and work normally. Usually it will cost about $40-$60. I have done this many times.

Please reply back if you have any questions. Otherwise, kindly rate my answer so I can get credit. Thank you!

Think the postage to the US may be prohibitive !

Already tried another battery so it could be the USB charge panel

You can bring your phone to a local phone repair shop. They will be able to get the part replaced for you. If they do not have in stock, they will order and replace it.

There is no need to ship to US to have your phone repaired.
