Thank you Richard for your response to my query about tablet non-function.

I don't really know what else I can say, other than even with another charger

lead i have no luck. Thanks, *****

Yes tablet is not starting and the blue light that normally comes on when recharging is not lighting up. Can you help ? Ron Sutherland

Thank you

Can you hold the power and volume Up buttons for about 6 seconds, then release Ron.

Does it then start up?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Thank you Richard. I have tried to hold both buttons, but I think the connection is not firm and I may have been sent the wrong lead. It should fit firmly without being really really tight; but if anything it is a little slack. Ron

It should be firm, and make a perfect fit Ronald.

Are you saying you can move it easily (it should have no wiggle room at all)

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Not firm enough...sort of wiggles. I think it should slide into place but not too easily. I think the misfit may be the problem. Thank you, ***** *****

It is the problem, it needs to be firm Ronald, and this will be the cause of your issue.

You will need to have the Tablet replaced sorry.
