I have been given a Samsung Galaxy SIII mini GT-18190N and when I switch it on it asks for a phone pin code there is no sim inside. How do I get the pin to unlock the phone. The IMEI no; is 35507 4/05/730408/7; 1D25M97NL.
The person who originally had the phone and passed it on to me has died can you help please.
Welcome and thanks for your question Kostas.
I'm Todd and I will be the expert working with you today to help resolve your problem.

The only way to unlock the phone is to perform the procedure that will delete pin code, but that procedure will also delete data stored on internal memory. Data on memory card (if memory card is inserted such as music and pictures) will not be affected.
Will that be OK?
