Good afternoon I purchased a Samsung Tab 3 as an xmas present,unfortunatley the person who it was for scratched which may be a security number off by mistake.
This has resulted in that she cannot use her Tab could you help please.
Hello, and thanks for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will help you today.
We can do a Factory Reset and you can use it as if it is a new tablet.
Press Power button for 2-3 seconds and select Power off.
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
When logo appears on the screen release the Power button and continue press the Volume Up button.
Select wipe data/factory reset. (Volume buttons to go up or down, select with Power button)
Select Yes — delete all user data.
Finally, select Reboot system now.
Your tablet will reboot and go through setup steps.
Setup and download your apps again from Google Play Store.
