I have a Samsung 3 tablet 8" model SM-T310. In the last few days, when I turn on the Internet app, most of website texts are obliterated by coloured compressed lines (a bit like bar-codes). This also happens when I go onto most visited sites page. This does not happen when I go onto Google. Have you come across this before and is there anything I can do?

I'm sorry about the issue. Have you tried to clear data/chase for the Internet app, then check?

And/or have you tried another Internet browser app, such as Chrome?

Google Chrome seems fine. Sorry but not sure how to clear data/chase for Internet app.

Please restart the tablet, then go to Settings -> (Applications) -> Application manager
, then while in Application manager, swipe from right to left until you get the ALL option
, then scroll down
, then tap on the Internet app item there
, then clear data/cache there
, then open the Internet app and check.

Have cleared Cache and it says 0.00B but when I go back into Internet app all lines are still there.

Did you use the option Clear data also (not just Clear cache)? Thank you.

No because I assumed the Clear Data box referred to the Storage info above. In my Cache section there is only a box saying Clear cache.

Please just follow my steps:
- Restart the tablet, then go to Settings -> (Applications) -> Application manager
