This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.
Remove the power from the TV and wait 5 minutes
Then connect the power, turn on the TV and tell me if it still has this problem
Let me know the results please
Thank you

Tried turning off TV completely for 7 mins. Just tried my music cloud again and exactly same thing happened. Music, albums, screen flashed up then returned immediately to the Congratulations screen again. Am I doing something basically wrong? Toni.
No, as it is very straight forward
You see no X on the screen to close it?
In the top corner?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
No, only congratulations your TV is activated simply import your music to listen on your TV. And the need help contact no.
What model is the TV?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Samsung led 42 inch smart TV.
Model numberUE40F6400.
Thanks Toni
If you cant close the window, the only cause for this is faulting firmware, as you in no way should be having this problem.
You see nothing with Settings selectable correct?
This takes up the entire screen?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
No nothing else this fills the screen.
Its faulty sorry Toni, you would always be able to get past this screen.
I am sorry about this but you will have to return it to have it replaced.
You will see on the replacement, it is a very straight forward process when turning it on, and this screen is only up for a short time and can be closed.
It is likely to be the memory that is faulty.
I am really sorry about this, and If you would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
