Customer Question

Hi - I have a Nexus 7 2012 and I have tried a lot of online remedies to get it back to how it originally was functioning. It is very slow and can sometimes not respond to a command and time out. It all seems to relate to system updates when all this started to happen. My HTC Android phone is very fast compared with the Nexus.
Can this be resolved or does it need to disposed of?
