Hello there, Could you please tell me why did you rate me as bad service ? All I did is try to help you and you rated me bad for trying to help you ? Your question is not very clear and you are not answering to my questions properly. I need to know more info, so I could know the situation better. The reason I'm asking is I need to know if this a password ***** or some other firmware issue. Please don't rate me bad for helping you.

If your phone is not opening after entering the code, then that means either the firmware is corrupted or you are using wrong code. You will have to factory reset the phone to get back to your phone. Factory reset will erase everything from it and return it to new (like Out of Box). Follow the steps below to factory reset it; Turn off the phonePress and hold down Volume Up + Home + Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds.Android system recovery will be loaded nowSelect wipe data/factory reset. (Volume buttons to go up or down, select with Power button)Select Yes — delete all user data. Then select reboot system now That should factory reset the phone . Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting.
Hello, I'm just checking. How is it going ? Were you able to reset ?
