If it is not accepting the fingerprint and you cannot remember the backup email then the only option is to reset the phone.
This will remove all your data from the phone and return it to new, but you cannot avoid this sorry.
To do the reset, first hold the power button for 30 seconds then release.
Then Press and hold the Power, Home and Volume Up buttons simultaneously.
After you see the blue Android screen you'll be taken to the Recovery Menu.
Use the volume buttons to scroll and the Power button to confirm. Scroll to Wipe Data/Factory reset and press the Power button.
Scroll down to Yes and press Power again to factory reset the Galaxy S6 Edge.
Reboot your Galaxy S6 Edge and you can then set it up again and use it.
