I have a Samsung S5. When somebody calls me the phone rings

Customer Question

I have a Samsung S5. When somebody calls me the phone rings for a very short period and then stops. It then shows as a missed call. I need to lengthen the time it rings for, but how?

So even if I go for the reset, how will I be able to adjust the ring time. Am I not just going back to square one?
Expert:  michelleclive replied 2 years ago.
your ring time has a problem with the internal android app that is why it needs a reset you will backup data before you follow the reset steps then you will not be back to square, There are certain propblems which cannot be fixed mid way by modifying android internal app in that case you need a reset.
