To confirm, it is the screen locked it is locked with correct?
And you do not know the passcode to unlock it?

i do not know passcode to unlock
You will need to reset the Tablet.
This will remove all data on the Tablet and return it to new, but this you cannot avoid.
To do the reset.
Power off the Tablet completly
Press and hold the Power key, tap Power off, and then tap OK.
Press and hold the Power key, Home key and Up Volume key at the same time.
Release all of the keys keys when the Android image appears.
Press the Up Volume key to select wipe data / factory reset.
Press the Power key.
Press the Down Volume key to scroll to Yes – delete all user data.
Press the Power key.
Wait for Data wipe complete to appear.
Press the Power key to move the cursor to Reboot system now.
The device shuts down, restarts, and takes you to the startup menu.
You then can set it up and use it once more.
