I have lost a galaxy s4 with no sim but still logged into

Customer Question

Hi. I have lost a galaxy s4 with no sim but still logged into my google account. According to my timeline and account history it was last used and location was reported 22nd of Jan but i can't see where, i can only see historic location history for my current phone. Is there a way of seeing history/location/activity for a specific device?

Log into your gmail account (the same account which was set up in your lost phone). Once you are logged in, Open and type "Where is my phone". You will get the location of your phone. And through this feature you can ring your phone or wipe off its data or Remotely lock it. Reply if you have any question. Please rate the chat POSITIVELY so that I can get credited for my answer. Thanks

Thanks Nathan, but this gives me the location of my sim active devices that are powered on not, as stated above, my powered off no-sim phone, which comes up as "device unavailable".
