Hello I bought the new Samsung Galaxy s7 edge from Amazon when it arrived my old SIM card from my old phone has been pushed into the slot by one of my grandchildren and is now stuck please advise if you can retrieve it and if so how much will it cost if I send it to you. It was pushed in without the tray it is a standard sized sim card old type large one

Then you will have to contact a repair center. I think your phone would be under 1 year warranty. You should call Samsung. If you want I can provide you their contact number.

If you take it to any other local repair, it would mend the warranty.
