Thanks, ***** ***** to Settings, Lock Screen, press on Screen Lock and turn off security there by selecting none which will stop it asking you to sign in when powering off.Let me know the results please

Hi Richard, no luck - I went to settings and screen lock but just asked me to sign in with my password, no off button?
there should be None at the bottom on Settings, Lock Screen.

when you enter in the password, what do you then see?
