This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Phone and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Phone.

didnt work i also took it to a technician at sprint and he could not fix it by changing the screen.

When you connect the charger, does the charging light show at all?

lyes it does, you can still hear the sound and still touch the screen and see the led light but the screen is still black

It is the screen that has faulted, this no confirms it
