Customer: All I can but I am stuck and it won’t let me use my phone normally

In the event your Galaxy S8 becomes frozen or unresponsive, you can always force it to restart by following these steps. Hold down the Power button and Volume Down button at the same time for about 8 seconds until until the display turns off, the phone vibrates and the the Samsung Galaxy S8 start up screen appears. Once it powers back on, the phone should work normally. If this doesn't work, please let me know exactly what the phone is doing incorrectly.
