I was playing on my samsung tablet and the screen has gone

i was playing on my samsung tablet and the screen has gone blue and i am unable to do anything with it

JA: What have you tried so far with your Samsung tablet?
Customer: have tried to turn of but it does not do anything

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly

 

You can soft reset or force reboot it. Press and hold down the Power button and Volume Down button at the same time for 10-20 seconds or until it shows the Samsung logo. This will force reboot it.

 

If that didn't work, then connect it to your computer with the charging cable and do the above reset while connected.

i left the device on stand alone over night , but had to change power point , the device touch wood is working correctly , i will try your tip if needed next time.
