I have a Galaxy Tab 4 and my wife has an A6. On both devices

I have a Galaxy Tab 4 and my wife has an A6. On both devices I have tried to load holidays in the Tui website and it gets so far and then stops loading the details of holidays I am looking for. I have not experienced this on these devices in the past and it is not a problem with my Samsung mobile. Tui say it is a problem with Samsung and not them. Any ideas?

Solution #1:

  1. Open the Play Store app icon.
  2. There, go to menu, and select your apps option.
  3. Select the option Installed apps.
  4. Scroll down and tap option Chrome.
  5. There uninstall it.
  6. Then re-install it, and check.

Solution #2:

  1. Open the Settings app icon.
  2. there, tap option Apps.
  3. Select the Chrome app. (If needed, select the all apps option first.)
  4. Tap option Storage.
  5. Tap option Clear cache and check.
  6. If needed, tap option Clear data, and then tap OK, and check.

Solution #3:

  1. Install the Firefox app in the Play Store app icon:
  2. Then open the Firefox app.
  3. Then go to that website in the Firefox app and see if it works.
