Hi there and welcome to Just Answer, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you.

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your phone. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the phone and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the phone and try to use it.

Let me know the results please

Thank you

Did the screen turn off when you did my instructions?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I can turn phone off and thats it
Otherwise it just goes into a loop
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

I am sorry to hear that.

It is the internal mainboard in the phone that has faulted.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the phone to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.

I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Thank you
