I've just upgraded to a Moto G8 Power Lite, The trouble is that it is 'stuck' completing set up in the background. OK except for that.
JA: What device is frozen?
Customer: No the device works except I cannot download any apps because they get stuck in the download queue. If I could stop the down loads and clear the queue I'm sure I could complete the set up myself in no time aty all.
JA: Which software or app can I help with?
Customer: Android 9 on the Moto G8 power lite
JA: What have you tried so far with your software?
Customer: gone through the set up twice, resetting to factory in between
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
