This is a fish set made by W & JA Baxter of Sheffield, England in the late 1930's, early 1940's. The business was established in 1933. The letters EPNS mean Electro Plated Nickel Silver. This means that these are not sterling silver. They did not have formal pattern names for their sets, so there would not be a name for this one that you have. A set like this has a current value of $80 to $100 retail.
