Could you very kindly appraise this Dresden Chocolate pot

This answer was rated:

Hi ,
Could you very kindly appraise this Dresden Chocolate pot for me please. This is what I was told when I bought it several years ago ( quote) "the pot is marked on the base with a crown over the letter "h" and the word "dresden", hand-painted in blue enamel. i am not certain of the maker; possibly adolph hamann or franziska hirsch.
this elegant piece is elaborately gilded and beautifully hand-painted with sprays of flowers. the porcelain is very nicely moulded. the pot measures 8 1/2 inches in height and is 4 inches wide.
no chips, cracks or restoration " Many thanks Sue

My name is ***** ***** I would love to help.

This is a Dresden porcelain chocolate pot by Franziska Hirsch,

a Dresden decorating studio that used this mark from 1890 to 1930.

This decorating studio decorated mostly on Meissen blank white china.

This pot has a current estimated value of 300GBP to 400GBP.
