Thanks for the question! Frank Paton (British, 1856-1909) specialized in engravings and prints of hunting and show dogs. Generally, his prints are modestly valued and most sell at the 30 to 60 GBP level when offered at auction. John B. Scott represents the name of the retailer who sold the print. It is a print/engraving, not an actual painting as it states "artist proof engraving" as it was printed by a firm other than the artist.
