Thanks! These charming early 20th century watercolors of townscapes by C J Keats today sell for around 100 to 150 pounds each and they are often sold as a pair at the 200 to 300 pound level at auction and a bit more at antique shops.
Back in a moment with the Paul Gage.
The oil painting by Paul Gage (1902 - 1983) is a great streetscape by the well-known French artist and these sell for 400 to 600 today at antique and consignment shops.
Again, thank you! Is there any additional information that I can provide? Rating my professionalism using the 5-star system is the only way that JustAnswer recognizes my work in helping you and closes the question. It does not cost you anything additional. (https://www.justanswer.com/help/how-do-i-rate-answer) Also, I don't participate in calls that cost additional money for you: these requests come from JustAnswer and not the expert. If you have any more questions, let me know!
I'd reach out to Bonhams' as they have regional auction offices, see: https://www.bonhams.com/ or alternately: https://www.slad.org.uk/
It's my pleasure!
