Fireplaces are very popular at antiques auctions at the moment. They are practical items, can be used again hence the price is always higher. The second picture is a Victorian cast iron fireplace, people like antique fireplaces with decorations, and the fireplace nr 2 has some flowery victorian tiles and very charming ornaments. I would value number 2 at £300-£400 +. Number 1 has a more simple design but fits modern aesthetics, and again, some people go for minimalism and your fireplace is very elegant, not very fussy, would fit any modern home. I would value fireplace number 1 at £200-£300. The best place to sell is antiques aution house.
