Customer Question

Have just got a Sharp TV (LC32LD135K). Have connected via a Sky box. When I try to set up the TV and scan for channels it says 'no channels found check antenna connections' any ideas?

Plumbers_Mate : Can you confirm the aerial wire is connected directly to the tv?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
No. The aerial is going into the back of the SKy box, however I am starting to think that the cable going into the sky box is the sky network cable that goes out into the sky network in the street and as the sky network is not connect i.e only the celestial channels can be received this may be the problem as there is no direct link to a 'normal' aerial. Not sure if that makes sense!!

Yes it does, you have to put the aerial directly into the tv for the channel search and the Freeview to work
