Customer Question

We have a Honeywell T8617A1001 digital thermostat display which has just gone blank. This is NOT a battery opperated unit , it is wired to the mains. I have checked the fuse boarb and that hasn't tripped , and there is another switched fuse which has a light on (which has been accidently turned off before and does turn the display off ). Can you tell me if there is anything i can try to get display back ?

If the fuse to the boiler is still ok (the boiler still has power) then your display is faulty and will need replacing.
Just to confirm if you have a multimeter we can check power to the unit?
