The upper inside rear of our refrigerator has iced up on our 'No frost' fridge/freezer.
None of the vents or the drainage channel is obstructed.

You are going to need to remove articles from the freeazer area and then using a blow dryer, defrost the ice you can see right now. Then remove the outer panel on the back and there will be more is located there. Please defrost that also, once ice is removed please inspect for loose of wires not connected.
