Hello there,

I've been working hard to find a Professional to assist you with your question, but sometimes finding the right Professional can take a little longer than expected.

I wonder whether you're ok with continuing to wait for an answer. If you are, please let me know and I will continue my search. If not, feel free to let me know and I will cancel this question for you.

Please note, I am just a moderator for this category, I can only try and find experts to help, I can't answer the question itself.

Thank you!

I am happy to wait, I need to find an answer, I have fitted the oven in my new kitchen now, and can't afford a new one, so I need an answer so I can repair it.
Luckily I have a spare one for the moment

Thanks for replying.

We will continue to look for a Professional to assist you.

If you decide on a refund, or wish to keep the credit for a future question, then of course we'd honour it.

Thank you for your patience,

Thank You for using JustAnswer - My name is Tony and I am more than happy to help with your question today.

Your oven may have cut out on over temperature.
You need to take the back off and check if the thermal cut out has gone open circuit.

Are you familiar with this microwave, is this a common problem as there seems to be a few people saying the same on forums.
Expert:  SparePartspro replied 4 years ago.
It's common to such an extent that the oven is designed to fail at the weakest point, normally the thermal cut out.
This oven has a fan assistted heater element at the back of the oven. It is protected by a thermal cut out.
If it's not that then the diode set for the magnetron has failed.
You'll need to start checking the component parts preferrably with a multimeter.
If you can do that let me know what you find.
