i have an aquarius washingmachine and all the lights are orange - the bottom one is read- i cant open the machine nad have twice rewashed it to see if the previous wash was incomplete. how do i open the door??

Sounds like either the lock or the handle has failed.

Do you have the model number?
Also, does the handle feel loose and floppy?
