Customer Question

I recently moved into a new property. Heating controller is Danfoss TP5000 (not Si). I do not have an instruction manual and I am becoming increasingly frustrated with programming to suit my needs. Firstly, how do I set the clock to the right time? The unit is mains not battery. Thanks

Andrew Smith : Is this the version with the push buttons under the slider below the clock?
JACUSTOMER-mq5tzk97- : Yes
JACUSTOMER-mq5tzk97- : Think so!
Andrew Smith : Ok, if you slide open the cover and press the programme button
Andrew Smith : you can change the clock at the first press
Andrew Smith : Then you cycle through the programme times until you have set them all
JACUSTOMER-mq5tzk97- : No! The time on the clock is wrong and the above doesn't seem to make it possible to alter time.
Andrew Smith : Ok, sounds like a broken clock.
Andrew Smith : do you need a new one or looking to replace with something different?
