Customer Question

Hi, my Bosh B25L steam iron is working fine other than; wont steam. When applying steam mode it makes a clicking sound. Clearly I need a new part. Clicking sound seems to come from what I believe is a valve placed under the electronic pad. It is coloured orange with 2 electrical cable attached & hose leading from it into the steam chamber. Hi Paul,
you have a bad or clogged valve and that will need to be replaced.
If you let me know what country you located in I may be able to suggest where you can get that part or where to have it serviced:-)
Thank you
