Hi!We have a LG 1256QD washing machine. Something is caught

We have a LG 1256QD washing machine. Something is caught in teh drum but it is not visible. Is there anyway of getting at it or do we need to call a repair man?

I take it that something has gone in between the spinning drum and the outer drum. If you are confident it is possible to take the rubber seal from around the door, it may then be possible to move the inner drum enough to get at the item. But then the rubber seal will need to be put back tightly to stop water leaking.


If you find you cannot do this safely then i am afraid an engineer will need to be called.
