Hi sorry to hear that.

Can you tell me a few things.

May I have the full model # and the age of the steamer?

Also does the unit exhibit any signs of life a light or anything even abnormal other than the fact it wont heat.

Thank you

The model is a vaporetto Lux about 24 months old I was using it 2hours ago switiched it then came to re use it and it's not heating up although the lights are on the unit

Hi Sorry to hear that.

Most likely the unit needs to be descaled if you haven't done that as it should be done monthly.

To do this please place 3 tablespoons of white vinegar in the water tank with 1/4 cup of water and let it sit, shaking around every hour for a minute for 6 hours.

Please let me know if this helps.

Also while doing this please turn the + - dial for the steam control all the way from one side to the other.

If this doesn't get the heat going please let me know as the unit will need service.
