Hi Im planning to buy Bosch Classixx SKS40E02GB - Dishwasher

Customer Question

Hi I'm planning to buy Bosch Classixx SKS40E02GB - Dishwasher - freestanding - 55 cm - white.

the one thing that is stopping me is how do I connect it? I mean is it possible to connect the pipes to the tap in the sink? or is it a case that I buy it and then a plumber will need to attend to fix it to the pipes under the sink.

bearing in mind that as mine is an old Kitchen the work by the plumber will need to do some intricate work if that is the case,

Would this be a replacement of a previous dishwasher, or will this be a fresh new installation?

fresh installation

You would need 120 volt electrical to the space provided. Also, some plumbing will need to be done under the sink. If you have a disposer, you can connect the dishwasher drain to that. The installer will know how to do it. And last, you will need another branch off you hot water pipe to run to the new dishwasher. That is all that is required for the new installation.

Correct, but you still will need an electrical source, a drain to your house plumbing, and a water supply to connect to. Here the specific installation instruction for this model you ware planning to purchase. I hope this helps...Thanks again
