Your machine is reporting the anti flood device in the base has been activated.

This is normally caused by a leak or spillage (overfoam most likely) in the underside.

Unplug the appliance and empty it.

Pull it out.

Put some towels at the rear of the machine.

Tilt the machine rearward until it's almost on it's back (disconnect the services to it if necessary).

Water should drain out.

Once drained, stand the machine upright again and reconnect it.

Try it again, it should be working.

If it begins working and fails with the same problem quickly, you most likely have a leak.

To check for this, repeat the draining, then take the top and side panels off.

Run the machine, watch it filling/working and you need to locate and cure the leak to rectify the problem.

Obviously, if you cannot do the work yourself, you'll need to get someone in to do it for you.

Hope this helps
