I have a Hoover Performa Plus Washing Machine 1600 Plus AAA and fabric conditioner draw keeps leaving conditioner in draw or leaves water in it

When it leaves the conditioner, is it as it was put in, or is it diluted?

Does it do this on all programmes or only certain ones?

it is sometimes as it is put in,or sometimes diluted,no on all programmes,and yes leaves draw full up.

Unfortunately it doesn't make logical sense.

For it to remain as it was when it was put in, no water can be getting to it.

This would leave it full of conditioner, every time.

I've never come across an intermittent fault on this before.

It's either 1 or the other.
