On the gentle dry cycle I set a time of 40 minutes. The machine stopped working by indicating E13. I cannot get the machine to finish its cycle. Any idea how to rectify the problem?

Ok what you need to do is remove the wooden plyth at the bottom of your kitchen.

From there you will see the filter.

You need to get a bowl under there and slacken the filter and slowerly drain the water out.

Once the water is out you need to fully remove the filter and give it all a good clean out.

Look inside the chamber were the filter goes and you will see the impeller X shape. Make sure theres nothing stuck in there stopping it from turning.

Once its all fully clear refit the filter and retry the washer and see how it goes from there.

Fingers crossed this will cure it for you.

Let me know how it goes.
