I think it's enb39400x8

Ok if you open the freezer door you will see a push button switch in the top left corner.

Press this in and can you hear the fan inside the freezer running?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I will let you know shortly if that's ok

Yeap that's fine. Also while you do that look into the vent were the switch is and see if theres a build up of ice inside there.

Hi it's a enb35405s

Ok its still the same as the other model you posted.

So does the fan run when you press the button in?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
Yes I can here the fan running

Sorry for the delay was offline over the weekend do you still need help on this?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
Yes please

Ok if the fan was working when you pressed the button then the fans ok.

What it will be is a blocked evaporator inside the freezer. As hoe the fridge works it gets its cooling from the freezer. The fan in there blows the cold air up to the fridge. So if the fans running then its a blocked of ice stopping the air flow.

What you need to do on this is fully defrost the appliance. Empty the freezer when you can and turn the appliance off for 24 hours and keep the freezer door open. This will allow the ice to melt in there.

The turn it back on and see how it goes from there. This should get it up and running again.

But keep an eye on it and see how it goes and if it does it again in say about 3 weeks then theres a fault on the defrost side of the appliance. More then likely it will be a faulty defrost heater not melting the ice so if this is the case the heater will need to be replaced.

But fingers crossed its just a one off and defrosting it will cure it.
