Hello there, Problem with our (Treadmill/Running Machine).

Customer Question

Hello there,
Problem with our (Treadmill/Running Machine).
We have not used it for over Eight Months. On starting the Machine there appears to be a rubbing noise & this is around the belt area. This does not stop the belt from moving along as normal, i'm just concerned where this noise is coming from.

Previously i was advised by a friend that i should spray under the belt with the Silicone Spray, but that is very difficult to get the spray to reach right under the belt.

The Treadmil/Running Machine is a : DURATEC ST-900.

Thanking you.

Andrew Smith :

You need to lubricate under the running belt with a silicone spray and keep it tensioned, are you able to do this?

JACUSTOMER-g10c4jky- :

Thank you fo your rely, I have the Silicone Spray, but the spray can only reach a little bit under belt, it does not reach right under belt all the way..? Is there any way to reach further under belt with spray ? The little extention tube that normally comes tapped to the side of Spray is not really long enough.

Andrew Smith :

You might be able to extend the spray with a straw or spray a cloth and pull it from side to side with some string?
