I have to advise that a microwave oven can store a charge in excess of 4000 volts, even when unplugged.
You should have the knowledge and equipment to safely discharge this before working on the appliance.

If you simply want to change the bulb, touch nothing else other than the bulb. The bulb is not on the high voltage side of the appliance.

You can only access the bulb by taking the cover off of the appliance.
Once off, at the front right, you'll find the bulb inserted bulb down into the plastic housing.

Copy and paste the following into a new browser window.
It will take you to a supplier of the bulb listed for your appliance.

Check it out, see how it goes and get back to me if you need more help.

Hope this helps
